​Staying active as we age can have a wide range of benefits including reducing the risk of chronic illness, improving the immune system, and supporting positive mental health. We offer a variety of regularly-scheduled classes, clubs, and activities to help you maintain a good quality of life. Additionally, we have special events each month to honor and celebrate the traditions of our membership.
