Normally, PMSC offers a range of fitness and social activities. We are currently offering the following: 

  • Healthy Steps Walking Group with Shannon
    Tuesday and Thursday 11:15 - 11:45am
    Meet at Rachel the Pig

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, most activities have moved online or have been suspended. 

We offer the following in online or very limited in-person basis: 

  • Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL)

  • Yoga

  • PMSC Women's Group (w/Valley Cities)

  • Acupuncture & Wellness (w/Center for Integrative Medicine)
